SARGOL Saffron

– The pistils are not whole because they are broken
– A concentrated saffron: it contains only the red part of the pistil
– A color of 210 to 260 (crocin = natural carotenoid found in crocus flowers (Crocus sativus L., saffron) and gardenia)
– Often used to make sauces thanks to its coloring power
